What ingredients are in the ice cream base?
Coconut cream, vanilla extract, sea salt, monk fruit, coconut oil, inulin, pea protein, lecithin, and guar gum. All of our ice creams are plant-based, dairy-free, and high in protein.

Are there any allergens?
Our ice cream contains coconut. We recommend checking individual flavor labels for other potential allergens.

Where do you ship?
We currently ship nationwide within the U.S.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

To make sure your ice cream doesn't miss you and get sent back, our package won't require a signature, so if you're not home at the time of delivery, your package will be left at your door.

How is the ice cream shipped?
Tubs are packed in insulated boxes with dry ice, ensuring your ice cream stays frozen for up to 2 days in transit.

Can I order fewer than 3 pints?
Our minimum order is 3 pints, which helps us optimize shipping and handling.

How does local delivery work?

  • Local deliveries are once per week on Fridays.

  • Shipped orders arrive midweek (Wednesday) to ensure freshness.

  • Pre-order cutoffs: local orders by Thursday, shipped orders by Monday.

Can I choose a delivery date?

  • To keep shipping predictable and safe, delivery dates are fixed: Fridays locally and Wednesdays for shipped orders.

How long will it stay frozen?

  • Shipped tubs are packed with dry ice and stay frozen during transit (up to 2 days).

  • Store in the freezer at 0°F (-18°C) or below. Once opened, enjoy within 7–10 days for the best taste.

How long does the ice cream last?
Unopened, our ice cream can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.

Is BetterMylk healthy?
Our ice cream is plant-based, high in protein, and sweetened with monk fruit, making it a guilt-free, nourishing indulgence without the refined sugar or dairy of traditional ice cream.
